Andrea Slavgenhaupt and her daughter Rachel of Washington Twp. embrace each other as friends and family pray and tell stories about Lacey Huskuliak, 17, the Washington Twp. girl who died in a car crash on June 7, 2007 remember her on Friday July 20,2007 as they put up a new memorial for her along route 66 right near the crash site after a PA state trooper is being investigated for taking down the other memorial and throwing it away in the garbage truck a couple of days ago.
